Position Description:
To attend to the needs of our guest, by taking orders, answers questions, taking payments, communicating orders to the kitchen staff and able to give exceptional customer service.
Essential Functions:
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order.
- Attend to customers’ needs.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
- Ensure guest are happy with their meals, take action to correct any issues that may arise.
- Guide guests through the menu, answer questions and offer suggestion that will help with any dietary or allergy restriction needs.
- Help maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining area.
- Perform table maintenance; clearing plates, filling drinks, assist with any other needs.
- Deliver tab, process payments and thank guest.
- Complete side work, and able to assists others if needed.
- Keep dining room neat, clean and organized.
- Help kitchen staff when necessary.
- Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies.
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
- Performs other duties as directed.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Read and write English fluently
- Follow instruction both verbally and written
- Able to work under pressure
- Basic assessments and math skills
- Good communication and people skills
- Multi-task oriented
- A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team.
- Food Handlers/TABC Certification
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift, up to 6hrs.
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Charlie's Burgers and Street Tacos is a full service fast-paced open kitchen concept. We are a from scratch kitchen who wants to give our guest a show all while preparing the best quality food possible.
We are looking for an experienced line cook to prepare food to exact specifications.
Duties will include
-Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary items for service.
-Cooking food to order.
-Able to cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
-Answering, reporting and following chefs instructions
-Able to maintain a clean and orderly station.
-Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and guest.
-Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
-Understanding and basic knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced open kitchen.

Position Description:
To maintain cleanliness throughout the establishment, by ensuring all dishware, garbage and kitchen remains clean and sanitize throughout service.
Essential Functions:
- Collect used kitchenware throughout the establishment.
- Wash, sanitize and put away all kitchenware.
- Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during busy times.
- Ensuring cleaning supplies are stocked.
- Removing garbage around the establishment and placing in dumpster
- Clean back dock daily.
- Sanitize the kitchen are, including the floors.
- Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen.
- Unload and store deliveries.
- Clean up any spills that might occur in the kitchen or dining room.
- Perform other duties as directed.
- Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift, up to 8 hrs.
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and wipe under and around equipment
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to carry up to 50 pounds at a time.
Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work
- Full-Time 40 hrs.
- Evening and weekend shifts
- Must be at least 18 yrs. old
- Must have authorization to work in the US
